E-mail Submission
Please submit your manuscript for publication in Journal of Organizational Management to Editor-in-Chief through E-mail. Your submission should have the following:

  1. Cover letter containing:
    • Title
    • Abstract
    • Keywords
    • Section (Choose one of the following)
      • Organization theory and behaviour
      • Fundamentals of management and administration
      • Good governance
      • Goal setting, feedback, and incentive programs
      • Organizational culture and challenges
      • Financial management
      • Policy formulation, analysis and evaluation
      • Organizational efficiency and effectiveness
      • Human resource management and development
      • Performance evaluation
      • Organizational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Declaration that:
      • The research paper contain your original and unpublished work.
      • The research work is not under consideration for publication elsewhere
      • The submitter is authorized to submit the paper on behalf of the others co-autors
  2. Importance of the work and reason why you want to publish it in Journal of Organizational Management.
  3. List of 3-5 reviewers with complete address, email ID and contact numbers.
  4. Complete manuscript, with Figures and Tables, as one file in MS-Word. Please read Authors' Guide for manuscript preparation.
  5. Supplementary files, if any.
  6. Copyright Transfer Agreement

Authors' Guide

Journal of Organizational Management (ISSN 2231-7228) is an international scholarly refereed research journal publishing 3 issues (online as well as in print form) in a year in English. This Journal publishes original research work (Full Research Papers, Review Articles, Short Communications, Notes to Editor, and Case Studies) that contributes significantly to the advancement of the knowledge in interdisciplinary information on the practice and status of research in organisational management.


Papers are invited for the forth coming issues of the Journal which will be available both in electronic as well as in print form. Please register under your journal name and submit your research papers.
